Dovacor Consulting Inc. ("Dovacor," "we," "us," or "our"), including investment loans, tax

planning, financial consulting, and company formation, accessed via our website

dovacorconsulting.com or payments through GoHighLevel ("HighLevel"). By submitting an

application, payment, or inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use

our Services.

1. Description of Services

We offer tailored solutions for real estate investors:

Investment loans (e.g., bridge, DSCR).

Tax optimization using deductions and incentives.

Financial consulting and company formation (LLCs/corporations) for asset

protection.

Referral programs (e.g., $50 discounts).

Services comply with U.S. laws; we are not lawyers or investment advisors.

2. Payment Terms

Fees:

Investment Loans: No fees charged.

Tax Preparation: Fees range from $250 (basic) to higher amounts, payable

separately via HighLevel. Fees are non-refundable except per Section 4.

Method: Secure via HighLevel (cards, ACH); full payment due for tax services post-

agreement.

Taxes: You pay applicable taxes.

Late Fees: 1.5% monthly on overdue tax preparation amounts.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information (e.g., financial docs) promptly.

Review and verify all outputs (e.g., loan docs, tax returns).

Notify us of changes (e.g., financial status).

Failure may delay Services or incur extra fees.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel before work starts via email/phone; post-start cancellations incur 50% fee.

Refunds at our discretion; HighLevel fees (e.g., 2.9% + $0.30) non-refundable.

Processed within 10 business days.

5. Representations and Warranties

You represent information is accurate. Services provided "AS IS"; we disclaim other

warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to fees paid. No consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Not liable for

third-party issues (e.g., IRS delays).

You indemnify us for breaches.

7. Force Majeure

No liability for uncontrollable events (e.g., disasters).

8. Governing Law

Texas law applies; disputes in Denton County courts. Jury trial waived.

9. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement; severable.

Amendments via notice.
