A DSCR loan qualifies based on the rental income of the property — not your personal W-2 income. If the property's rent covers the mortgage payment (DSCR ≥ 1.0), you can qualify. Self-employed borrowers, business owners, and investors with multiple properties love these loans. No tax returns required.
